Travis Perkins have operated a builders merchants on this site at Baltic Wharf for decades and provide an important local resource for residents and the building trade. The existing warehouse and shop is no longer fit for purpose and delivering a brand new Travis Perkins branch will secure the long term future of Travis Perkins on the site.

Travis Perkins is one of the largest suppliers of building materials in the UK, with 173 branches in London alone. We currently employ 26 people on site at Baltic Wharf.
